About Me
My prior experience with panic attacks and OCD led me down a professional path of over 15 years of working with people who have anxiety. I know that things can get better and I am honored to see change in so many people I work with in my practice and groups. I believe that you are the expert of you. We work as a team to better understand your patterns and develop a plan for new ways of understanding your anxiety. I take staying on top of the latest research and treatment options seriously and share what I know with my clients. More recently, I have found that Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP) can be a great treatment pairing for some people.


Resources and Retreats
Mindfulness and know how hard it can be to practice. Incorporating awareness exercises into anxiety, BFRB and tic treatment can be incredibly helpful with anxiety. I also provide group support which can be a great addition to therapy and/or a lower cost alternative.
What about me outside of nerding out with anxiety? I enjoy any time I can get outdoors- hiking, traveling, paddleboarding and trying to grow flowers and plants.
